Chicken Curry Recipe

Chicken  curry is loved by all.Chicken curry derives from india.Its well known all over the world.Its up  to you how spicy you want it to be its really tasty every each of u should try this cookigg here are the simple steps..
 
Ingredients: 4 sliced onions, a whole garlic chopped into small pieces,1 tomato, half cup of coconut milk, chicken meat chopped into desired size,spices such as curry powder of any brand and also chili powder,If you want it spicy then u can add fresh red chili into the cooking,lastly oil and salt,and curry leaves.U can get it from the market in Asia



First you need to marinate the chicken with  curry powder,chilli powder,and salt.Marinate well and leave it for about an hour.


Then heat the pan with cooking oil.Fry the onions together with the garlic till it becomes brown then add sliced tomatoes in it after that fry them for about 15 minutes.


After that add some salt and the spices(curry powder Chili powder Etc) into the pot.mix the mixture well and let the spices cook well.You will need to add some water so that the contents doesnt burn or stick to the pot


Then after 15 minutes of frying the spices add the marinated chicken into the pot.mix everything well till all the chicken mixes with the gravy then keep on stirring the contents for about 10 minutes and then cover the pot.



You should let the chicken cook for atleast 45 minutes now.but every 5 minutes interval you will have to check the pot to add in water if its too dry or to mix it.after 20 minutes add the coconut milk in it and also the curry leaves and then leave it and continue with the 5 minutes interval.Now the fire of ur stove should be slow.



After 45 minutes take a piece of chicken and taste it.make sure you have put enough of salt in it and make sure its cook then u can serve it its so simple
