here's a video about how to maintain ourselves healthy.exercise is very important in our daily life,it helps us to keep our body fit and strong it also helps to burn calories.Why do we need to exercise?It is because whenever we do exercise we will sweat a lot that shows we are burning the calories inside us.Our body will be in shape and attractive.For fat people exercise is very important its because they can be affected with cardiac failure later on.They tend to be very prone to this disease.Mostly everyone nowdays are suffering with this problem.We are living in a modern world our food diet isnt like wat it used to be !0 centuries back.We are not going to live longer by eating fast food everyday.
Fat people should do exercise atleast 4 times a week approximately one hour per day.In few months lets say 5 months she or he will notice huge weight differences within them.Ive seen many of my friends doing work outs in the gym and its really working.Fat people always thinks that thats the end of their life they are not going to change from being fat and so on.Thyere wrong they still have the chance to change what they need to do is join any gym and just exercise 4 times a week.Its that simple of course at 1st its going to pain and hurt.But gradually it will change and you will be normal.
